We are delighted to invite you to an extraordinary wine dinner celebrating the iconic domaines of Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey and Caroline Morey at Ming Court Wanchai on 16th November(Monday), hosted by Mathis Colin-Morey, who is working alongside his parents, in continuing the remarkable legacy of these iconic estates.

This exceptional evening offers a rare journey in Burgundian terroir and vine genetics. A central highlight of the night will be a fascinating side-by-side comparison of the Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Caillerets" 2023 from both domaines. Harvested from the exact same vineyard plot and crafted with identical winemaking techniques, these two wines differ purely in their Chardonnay genetic material—offering an unprecedented look at how vine selection shapes expression in the glass.

Alongside this dinner, we will pour an incredible lineup of eight wines, anchored by three breathtaking Grand Crus: Corton-Charlemagne, Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet and Bâtard-Montrachet.
