Payment
Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of your order. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
If payment is not completed within 3 calendar days of order confirmation, the order will be automatically voided and canceled.
ETC Wine Shops strictly adheres to the Hong Kong Government’s regulations, including the full implementation of the Plastic Shopping Bags (PSB) Charging Scheme. Applicable charges will be included in your order where required by law.

After order confirmation, our team will contact you via email with payment instructions.
All transactions are processed securely. ETC Wine Shops does not store or retain your payment details.

Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
Return
Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon collection or delivery. Verify the condition, quantity, and integrity of the items (e.g., bottles, packaging) before accepting the order.
If any goods are missing, damaged, or deemed faulty, you must:
- Notify us immediately via email to order@etcwineshops.com
- Return the item(s) within 3 calendar days from the date of collection/delivery.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or delivery note with the returned goods for verification.
Failure to comply with these steps may result in the denial of your claim.
If no issues are reported within 3 calendar days of collection/delivery, the goods will be deemed accepted as satisfactory. After this period, no exchanges, refunds, or claims will be entertained.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Single bottles priced above HK$800.
- Bottles with a vintage of 10 years or older.
Returned goods will be inspected by our team. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund at our discretion. Claims deemed invalid (e.g., damage caused post-delivery) will not be accepted.
