The FÈVRE family was born several centuries ago in the heart of Chablis' vineyard. Indeed, they have been able to draw our family tree since 1745. The family has always worked in the vineyard.

Organic approach for a part of our estate, especially the Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. They are cultivated without insecticide or miticide, but with organic means of control. The great location of our lots allows both natural maturity and early harvests with controlled yields.
