Domaine Chevrot & Fils is a shining star of organic viticulture and terroir-driven winemaking. Managed today by brothers Pablo and Vincent Chevrot, the family estate spans 20 hectares across Maranges, Santenay, and the surrounding slopes. The brothers have elevated the domaine to the upper echelon of Burgundian producers through a fanatical commitment to ecological balance, farming organically (certified) with biodynamic principles, plowing fields by horse to protect soil integrity, and encouraging natural biodiversity.

In the cellar, winemaking is intentionally minimal-intervention to let the pure expression of site and vintage shine. Fermentations occur spontaneously with native yeasts, reds utilize generous whole-cluster inclusion for added spice and lifted aromatics, and sulfur usage is kept to an absolute minimum. The resulting wines are renowned for their purity, crisp mineral drive, and silky texture—delivering incredible quality that easily rivals its more famous Côte de Beaune neighbors.
