Known as the "bad boy" of Burgundy for his revolutionary techniques and fierce independence, Laurent is making a rare appearance at Kin's Kitchen to guide us through a stunning vertical of his most sought-after cuvées. This is not just a dinner; it is a masterclass from the man himself.

This is a rare opportunity to taste the genius of Laurent Ponsot—famous for his airtight epoxy resin closures and his obsessive pursuit of purity—straight from the source. The evening is designed to showcase the specialty of each cru, with dishes that highlight the unique botanical signatures of his wines.
