Located on the way to the Combe de Lavaux, next to the estate of his cousin Bernard Dugat-Py, Emmanuel aka "Manou" is the fourth generation of vignerons to tend the Humbert family estate. He took over the Domaine from his parents in 1989 with his brother (who has now retired) and since then, they have been quietly and steadily improving the quality of their wines, crafting potions that are focused, serious, complex, and characterful.

His nephew Pierre-Yves Humbert joined in 2017 to support him both in the vineyards and for the vinification.Today they produce wines which reflect their dedicated effort and experience of over 30 vintages. Emmanuel is the dynamic force behind this domaine: he is a thoughtful and passionate man with a great love for wine, food and rugby.

 We are delighted to invite you to a unique dinner experience of Domaine Humbert at Kin’s Kitchen Wanchai, hosted by the winemaker Pierre-Yves Humbert. This is the first time the Winery present in HongKong, their wines have gained in precision and concentration in recent years, making this a good source of Gevrey-Chambertin from such vineyards as Charmes-Chambertin and premiers crus Craipillot, Petite Chapelle and Poissenots.

• Cancellations received by us in writing 14 days or more prior to the date of the event will be refunded, less a 5% re-offering fee.
• No refund shall be provided for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event.
