江戶時代末期，佐藤熙於1852年在秋田縣成立了「新政酒造」，有一百六十多年的歷史，近年成為日本清酒界的竉兒。因在第八代接班人接管後，將祖傳的6號酵母，以嶄新技術重新配合傳統原酒釀造手法，釀造出數款革命性的新派清酒，受到市場上的追捧。6號酵母除了在新政酒造使用外，其它酒造都無法使用，所以亦被稱為「新政酵母」，絕對有其獨一無二的風味。分別有「No.6」「Colors」「Private Lab」系列。

– Cancellations received by us in writing 7 days or more prior to the date of the event will be refunded, less a 5% re-offering fee.
