Mounir and Rotem Saouma established this micro-negociant operation in 1999 and in a very short space of time have developed an enviable reputation. Their wines have a very distinctive character partly due to a good deal of lees contact in the reds, also the Le Moine cellars are very cool which leads to long slow fermentations. The 2007’s are another impressive set of releases which in many instances trump the 2006 in terms of quality and the expression of their terroir.
