Chavy-Chouet is one of the oldest families in Puligny-Montrachet. Romaric Chavy is part of the 7th generation of Domaine. They have 15 hectares vineyards, mostly old vines located in five villages namely Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay, and Pommard. Thanks to its clay rich soil, the vineyard produces a rich, opulent and luscious wine that can be enjoyed young. This is a powerful and elegant white Burgundy expressive, fresh and fruity with intense and strong flavours.
