Domaine François Carillon is the legacy of the Carillon family which has been in Puligny-Montrachet since the sixteenth century. The François Carillon Domaine produces 16 different appellations, spread over the villages of Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Between passion and precision, the ambition of the Domaine François Carillon is to produce fine, elegant and gourmet wines, representative of the exceptional terroirs from which they come.
